- Strategic Planning: Developing or refining strategic plans by defining clear goals, setting priorities, and charting a course of action aligned with the organization’s mission and vision.
- Governance and Leadership Development: Coaching and training board members and organizational leaders in their oversight, accountability, and decision-making processes.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Guidance on forming and evaluating opportunities with other organizations, funders, government agencies, businesses, or stakeholders. The aim is to enhance the reach, efficiency, and impact of programs and services.
- Continuous Improvement and Learning: This involves a routine check-in on program/service performance, identifying areas for improvement, and modifying strategies based on data and stakeholder input/feedback.
