Contact forms

If you choose to contact us via our contact form, we will collect your name and email address, which will be emailed to our support email address. No information submitted via the contact form will be retained on this website.

Plugins and Website Tools
Plugin: Smush

Smush is a WordPress plugin used to optimize images. It sends images to the WPMU DEV servers to optimize them for web use. This includes the transfer of EXIF data. The EXIF data will either be stripped or returned as it is. It is not stored on the WPMU DEV servers.

Smush uses the Stackpath Content Delivery Network (CDN). Stackpath may store web log information of site visitors, including IPs, UA, referrer, Location and ISP info of site visitors for 7 days. Files and images served by the CDN may be stored and served from countries other than your own. Stackpath’s privacy policy can be found here.

Smush uses a third-party email service (Drip) to send informational emails to the site administrator. The administrator’s email address is sent to Drip and a cookie is set by the service. Only administrator information is collected by Drip.


Who we share your data with

We wiil not share your personal data with any individual, company, or organization unless it is directly related to the subject / content specified in your contact form communication with us.


How long we retain your data

We will retain any information you submit through the website contact form for a period of six (6) months. This information retention period is stricttly for  customer service and follow-up purposes. No information submitted via the contact form will be retained on this website.  We will not use the information submitted by you for marketing purposes or for use by other parties.


What rights you have over your data

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor submissions through our contact form may be checked through an automated spam detection service of the visitor’s preference.

We use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts any personal information you enter into any forms on our website. The encryption process protects your information by scrambling it before it is sent to us from your computer. We also use website protection tools, hosted by our internet service provider.

In the event of a data breach, we will make every effort to correct the breach and personally email all recipients within seven days.
