Due Date: 1.9 2018. Young entrepreneurs (ages 15-34) from around the world are invited to pitch business ideas contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals. Nominations from young migrant entrepreneurs are particularly encouraged. Proposals focused on climate change solutions, sustainable environmental management, and solutions for sustainable natural resource use are especially sought.
Selected candidates will have the opportunity to showcase their business ideas in Geneva during Global Entrepreneurship Week (12-16 November 2018), to a targeted audience of impact investors and sustainable finance experts. Candidates will also have the opportunity to attend a variety of special events, workshops, and sessions organized in Geneva during GEW.
Finalists for the scale-up competition tier will have the opportunity to win USD $15,000 equity funding. Finalists for the start-up competition tier will have the opportunity to win a USD $5,000 grant.
