Social Innovation to Tackle Energy Poverty [Ashoka + Schneider Electric Foundation]

Entries Due: 12.4 2019. Solutions accelerator and mentoring program to boost the capacity of local social innovators fighting energy poverty in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Romania.

Projects across a wide range of areas will be considered, including: cross-sector collaboration; education, training and employment; energy efficiency: energy production; innovative funding; mapping and raising awareness; and health, well-being and economic development.

Fifteen (15) finalists will be selected to join a 5-months acceleration program, to help them improve their strategy and amplify their positive impact on society and on the environment.

After the final selection phase, one winner per country will be chosen to receive a prize of EUR 3.500.
