Call for Nominations: 2019 Grinnell College Innovator for Social Justice Prize

Due Date: 8.10 2018. The prize honors individuals who have demonstrated leadership in their fields and who show creativity, commitment, and extraordinary accomplishment in effecting positive social change. Each prize carries an award of $100,000, half to the winning individual(s) and half to their organization.

Nominations are open to both U.S. citizens and nationals of other countries. Individuals and organizations are encouraged to nominate:

  • changemakers working on the cutting edge of social innovation;
  • leaders who collaborate to co-create solutions to pressing social justice issues;
  • visionaries who are tackling immediate challenges while also addressing related systemic issues; and
  • mentors who inspires the next generation of social innovators

Nominees must have earned a bachelor’s degree no more than 15 years prior to their nomination. No affiliation with Grinnell College is needed.
